They say time flies. In the case of our real estate journey here at Schaffer’s Mill, that has certainly been the case. New Martis Partners got involved with Schaffer’s Mill back in 2011. Since that time, our real estate office has helped over 350 families secure their Schaffer’s Mill dream, totaling over $300 million in real estate sales. Helping to create those life-enhancing memories for those that have trusted our guidance and expertise is what drives us each and every day, and we look forward to continuing that journey as we begin to transition our onsite office to a more traditional resale organization.
We are proud to say that, alongside of the developer-owned sales activity during the last 11 years (homesites and Mountain Lodges), the onsite team was also able to earn the honor of being the leading resale company for Schaffer’s Mill properties every year since 2012. In fact, our onsite team has sold more resale properties within Schaffer’s Mill than all other outside realtors combined.
Having an onsite office has been a big part of that success (we have over 300 families each year drive to the front gate asking to look at real estate), but we also have a team that is knowledgeable on all aspects of the community, the history, the price valuations, the membership intricacies, the HOA….the list goes on.
